About
Lucas is the Founder and Head Coach of FITSIO, with a training philosophy centred on one belief: exercise should help people move better, become stronger and continue doing what they love for life.
His approach goes beyond simply making clients sweat. He combines movement assessment, mobility, strength and conditioning, and athletic development to understand how each person moves before designing a training programme around their individual needs.
Whether working with someone who wants to improve their health, rebuild confidence after an injury, or perform better in sport, Lucas focuses on developing a body that is strong, capable and resilient. His goal is not only to help clients achieve short-term results, but also to give them the physical foundation and movement awareness needed for long-term progress.
This philosophy became the foundation of FITSIO — a space where functional training and physiotherapy work together to bridge the gap between recovery, fitness and performance.

Coaching Philosophy
“Assess the person. Train with purpose. Build for life.”
Every person moves differently. Effective training should therefore begin with understanding the individual rather than simply following a standard programme.
Lucas believes good training should improve movement quality and body awareness, build practical strength that carries over into daily life and sport, address mobility, stability and strength limitations, progress according to the individual's ability and goals, and help people become more confident and independent in their bodies.
The aim is to build a body that allows you to move freely, stay active and enjoy life with fewer limitations.
